DOQA Investments is an independent Dutch real estate investment and development company led by Erkan Kalalı and Arzu Şenel. Erkan brings two decades of international banking — from HSBC and The Economy Bank to National Bank of Greece London and senior roles at Yapı Kredi Nederland — managing approximately €350 million in corporate portfolio. His expertise spans project finance, structured lending and investment strategy. Arzu holds master's degrees in both Architecture and Real Estate Management from Delft University of Technology. She trained in London at Rafael Vinoly Architects and SOM, and since 2010 leads AS Architecture BV in Amsterdam. She is a registered architect in the Netherlands and Türkiye, and a member of the BNA. Together, we represent a rare combination in the Dutch real estate market: capital discipline, architectural design and development management under one roof.
